(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management and Microsoft dynamics platform.• Microsoft Dynamics solution comprising a Customer Relationship Management system, Funding Application and Assessment Management system, End of Year Reporting system and integrated Customer Portal.• These systems support key business processes and must continue to evolve in line with the changing operational, reporting, regulatory and user needs of the organisation.• Provide reliable ongoing support and maintenance services for the existing Microsoft Dynamics solution• Ensure appropriate Microsoft Dynamics licensing, licence management and related advisory services are in place for all users of the solution• Application Development, Enhancement and Continuous Improvement Services – Provision of Application Development, Enhancement and Continuous Improvement Services in respect of its existing Microsoft Dynamics platform. – The successful Tenderer shall provide services including, but not limited to: – Development of new functionality, modules and business capabilities. – Enhancement of existing functionality and system features. – Workflow design, configuration and optimisation. – User interface and user experience improvements. – Development of reports, dashboards and data analytics capabilities. – Integration with internal and external systems. – Data model enhancements and configuration changes. – Performance, security and accessibility improvements. – Legislative, regulatory and policy–driven system changes. – Defect remediation and technical improvements. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
