(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based case management software solution. – The system will be used by Crime Victim Advocates to manage victim information, document services, monitor cases, conduct data analysis, and generate reports.– All of which is conducted with law enforcement, prosecutors, courts, medical providers, government agencies, and community service organizations.– The system must allow Victim Services to maintain complete and secure electronic case records.– Victim communications and personally identifying information must remain protected from unauthorized access or disclosure.– The process of installation and implementation of the case management software program solution.– Include any processes that Victim Services will be required to follow in order to request changes or to configure the program solution. – Examples include email, telephone, web–based forms, or proprietary processes.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be three years.
