Recreational Equipment, Games and Arts & Crafts Supplies

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids for an annual contract to furnish/provide Recreational Equipment, Games and Arts & Crafts Supplies as described in this solicitation on an as needed basis. The City reserves the right to add additional items to the contract as needed.
