The State Construction Department, Procurement will receive bids through the Public Purchase On-Line Bidding System until 1:00 p.m. on October 21, 2026 for the Existing Roller Shade Retrofit in the Herschler Building 4E, located at 122 West 25th Street, Cheyenne, WY 82002. Project Description: Provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, access, delivery, protection, removal, installation, adjustment, cleanup, and incidentals required to augment the existing manually operated roller shades at the locations identified in the Window Shade Schedule.
