(1) Vendor needs to provide water line modifications engineering design services to the government authority located in San Rafael, CA. – Provide install a new potable water service and make modifications to the existing water service– Design of water distribution piping replacement system, including pipe size and material.– Utility research, field visits, field surveys, and base mapping.– Marking and locating existing utilities within the district’s property.– Develop order of magnitude budget for project construction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
