(1) Vendor needs to provide multi–year independent audit service to the government authority located in IL.• Provide comprehensive accounting reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and related financial reporting services.1. Review and reconciliation of bank and other financial institution accounts;2. Review of banking transactions, deposits, withdrawals, checks, electronic payments, transfers, and other noteworthy transactions;4. Identification of material discrepancies, unsupported transactions, duplicate entries, unreconciled items, and other accounting issues;5. Recommendations and assistance for appropriate accounting adjustments and corrections;6. Preparation or compilation of annual financial statements and supporting schedules;7. Financial information and schedules necessary to support preparation, completion and submission of IRS Form 990;8. Identification of potential nonprofit tax, accounting, internal–control, and reporting issues; and9. Recommendations for improving the Association's financial controls, accounting procedures, and recordkeeping.– The contract period will be for one year.– All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.
