Description

Remove and replace the roof with a TPO/PVC 80mil roof membrane on the main structure. The current architectural roof needs cleaned and repaired at the ridgeline. All Coping metal to be salvaged and reused. Sumps/Scuppers will need replaced . Exhaust fan curb to be wrapped with the membrane and capped with flashing .
