(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call general construction services to the government authority located in Washington, OR. – Provide general construction services for building construction on an on–call basis.– Projects could involve remodeling, demolition, upgrade, new construction and rehabilitation of agency owned properties.• General building maintenance, alteration, repair, replacement and operations:– Carpentry– Electrical maintenance, repair and replacement– Mechanical and plumbing maintenance, repair and replacement. – Site improvement, maintenance, repair and replacement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on August 13, 2026.
