(1) Vendor needs to provide first–time homebuyer assistance program service to the government authority located in Avondale, AZ. – Providing professional services consisting of first–time homebuyer assistance program.– Prepare written administrative procedures to ensure effective, consistent implementation of the program.– Provide homebuyer pre–purchase counseling by certified counselors to assist new homebuyers with obtaining a primary mortgage lender and assist with all aspects of the homebuyer process as necessary. – Provide mandatory 8–hour homebuyer workshop and counseling required by formal homebuyer education curriculum.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 22, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
