(1) Vendor needs to provide technology items supply to the government authority located in Bakersfield, CA.• Perform the following “White Glove” pick up services at no charge to the district.• Individually package each device in protective sleeves provided by respondent• Package and box items in Master Cartons provided by respondent• Palletize and secure product in preparation for shipment• Load freight vehicles including company vans, company trucks and third–party agency provided by respondent• Onsite inventory counts provided by respondent• Pick up of devices at multiple locations (if applicable) and required by soliciting organization• Dual–signed inventory sheets at conclusion of pick up by respondent (soliciting organization signature also required)• All on–site staff from vendor will be badged, Department of Justice (DOJ) background checked, full time employees of respondent. Background check information will be made available to soliciting organization upon request.– Clearly state any value deductions that will be rendered after grading based on:• Removing permanent engravings on the device enclosure• Removing adhesive asset tags on the device enclosure• Removing protective cases from each device• Damaged or missing accessories (i.e. MagSafe power adapters, Lightning cables, keyboards, mice, etc.)(2) The contract period will be for one year.
