ACCT-26631 - USA (Seattle, Washington) - Debt Financial Advisory Services - Deadline October 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide debt financial advisory services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA. – Provide debt financial advisory services for the issuance and ongoing management of the agency’s debt obligations.– Review and make appropriate recommendations on agency resolutions for debt issuance; attend board meetings and make presentations as needed to facilitate the issuance or remarketing processes.– Developing analytic tools and models to assist the agency in managing an optimal asset–liability portfolio.– Evaluate and execute debt related asset liability management (ALM) transactions, such as swaps and derivative transactions as requested.– Provide recommendations regarding the investment of debt proceeds.– Provide advice on all aspects of any proposed capital project financing.– Prepare detailed debt service schedules.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.
