The Forsyth County Procurement Department will accept sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026, for the following: The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Construction services for the Forsyth County � North Distribution System Improvements including the following major components: 1. Bottoms Road Waterline Extension: Approximately 850 feet of 12� water line from the end of an existing 12� water line to the intersection of Bottoms Road and Settingdown Road, plus decommissioning of approximately 450 feet of existing 2� water line along Bottoms Road. 2. Hampton Waterline Extension: A second water feed to the Hampton Subdivision to include approximately 550 feet of new 10� water main from Settingdown Road to Hampton Rock Lane. 3. Associated fire hydrants, valves, casing, connections to existing water mains, miscellaneous appurtenances, pavement repair, and site cleanup and restoration.
