Vendor needs to provide meeting planning services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania. – The selected contractor will provide comprehensive meeting planning and venue management services to support all events.– Responsibilities include identifying and sourcing appropriate venues; soliciting and evaluating proposals; negotiating and managing hotel and venue contracts; securing guest room blocks, meeting space, food and beverage services, audiovisual equipment, and other event–related services; monitoring contractual obligations, including attrition and cancellation provisions; and serving as the primary liaison between Food Export and venue representatives throughout the planning process.– KEY FUNCTIONAL AREAS1.
