(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services to the government authority located in McMinnville, TN. – Empty trash and replace liners in all rooms and spaces.– Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, dispensers, floors).– Restock toilet paper and dispensers as needed.– Wipe down stalls, doors, and walls as needed.– Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors (in entrance and high–traffic areas).– Check all horizontal surfaces in the reception area daily; dust as needed.– Spot clean walls, doors, and glass.– Clean and disinfect high–touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, handrails).– Clean breakrooms or kitchen areas (sinks, counters, tables).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
