Vendor needs to provide hazardous waste and other waste management services to the government authority located in Fayetteville, AR. – Provide comprehensive hazardous waste, regulated waste, and related waste management services.– The University will retain its legal and regulatory responsibilities as the generator.– Hazardous waste, including listed and characteristic hazardous waste; – Non–hazardous regulated waste and other materials requiring specialized management or disposal; – Universal waste, including lamps; batteries, including damaged or leaking batteries requiring special handling; mercury–containing equipment, and other applicable universal waste; – Used oil, oil–contaminated materials, and other recyclable or recoverable materials; – Electronic waste; – Compressed–gas cylinders and lecture bottles; – Unknown, abandoned, expired, unstable, reactive, shock–sensitive, peroxide–forming, damaged, leaking, or otherwise unusual or high–hazard materials; – Materials generated through laboratory cleanouts, facility or equipment decommissioning, completed spill–response activities, remediation, and other special projects;– Low–level radioactive waste and medical or research biological waste when supplemental or backup services are specifically requested and authorized by the University
