(1) Vendor needs to provide dockless mobility operator service to the government authority located in West Hollywood, CA.• The Agency is seeking proposals from shared on–demand personal mobility device (“shared mobility”) operators who would like to operate a shared mobility system within the City.• The goal of the City’s shared mobility program is to enhance mobility for residents, employees, and visitors by offering a first– and last–mile transportation mode, while maintaining satisfactory sidewalk accessibility for all users.• Provide the following fees (effective March 2027): Basic Pricing structure, including unlock fees, per–minute fees, distance–based fees, and all other fees and charges as applicable – Membership, subscription, and/or loyalty programs. – Group discounts or pricing plans, such as for local employers, educational institutions, multi–family • Safety– and order–enhancing operations Provide a safety record and comprehensive summary of safety incidents for 2 North American markets that you serve with 100–500 devices •Probationary periods for new riders – Prevention and discouragement of: Sidewalk riding – Two–person riding – Improper parking (e.g. blocking curb ramps, blocking sidewalks) – Training to prevent unsafe driving and parking behavior among staff (e.g., parking redistribution vehicles in bike lanes) (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
