Grant Writing Services

By way of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Tuolumne County through its Public Works Engineering Division (“County”) intends to pre-qualify and select up to two (2) firms (each, a “consultant”) to provide grant writing services for various local, state, and federally funded grants, which include, but are not limited to the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP), the Highway Bridge Program (HBP), Active Transportation Program (ATP), RAISE Discretionary Grant, Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP), and Clean CA Program. Firms responding to this RFQ should be fully familiar with and experienced in meeting the requirements of both State and Federal procedures pertaining to grants.
