– Vendor needs to provide coaching service to the government authority located in Anchorage, AK. – Teacher coaching is to assist teachers will unpacking and implementing high–quality early childhood practices.– Planning: Each teacher will receive a TPOTS (Teaching Preschool Observation Tool/ Scale) classroom assessment from an inter–rater reliable assessor.– Develop classroom action plan based on TPOTS in partnership with classroom teachers.– Improve quality of the pre–school classroom learning environment as measured by pre/post TPOTS classroom assessment scores and progress toward meeting classroom action plan goals and activities.– Monitor progress of Classroom Action Plan (CAP) goals and activities and update goals throughout the coaching relationship.– Include some travel to remote school districts to conduct TPOTS observation in–person and begin building relationships with teachers.– Provide a positive nurturing relationship to support early childhood educators and increase teacher skills and confidence to successfully implement evidence–based practices in their pre–school classrooms.
