Construction Engineering and Construction Materials Inspection services are to be conducted for the West 4TH Frontage Road Sidewalk and Guardrail Improvements. The work will be performed as defined in Section 14-75.003, Group 10 Types of Work 10.1 and 10.3 of the Florida Administrative Code.</p>",
