HR-9095 - USA (Fountain Valley, California) - Classification and Compensation Studies Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide classification and compensation studies services for all employee groups, including a thorough analysis of existing classification and compensation structures, evaluation of internal equity and external competitiveness, and assessment of organizational and workforce needs to the government authority located in Fountain Valley, CA.• Review, validate and update classification specifications to ensure they accurately reflect current job duties, responsibilities, reporting relationships, and organizational needs. • Evaluate compensation structure to ensure internal equity and alignment across classifications, and identify and recommend solutions to address salary compression and compaction and other pay relationship issues. • Assess competitive market position through a comprehensive compensation analysis and provide recommendations to support the recruitment and retention of a highly qualified workforce. • Develop reliable, data–driven findings and recommendations to support labor negotiations, organizational planning, and compensation–related decision–making. (2) All question must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
