Irish Town Green Rehabilitation Project

Sealed bids on the proposal forms furnished by City of South San Francisco (“City”) and in accordance with the plans and specifications will be received electronically via the City’s eProcurement Portal, http://secure.procurenow.com/portal/ssf, on or before 10:00 a.m. January 25, 2022 will be publicly opened, examined and declared on the same day by the City of South San Francisco Parks Division, 550 North Canal Street, South San Francisco, California for the following public works: IRISH TOWN GREEN REHABILITATION PROJECT The work consists of the construction of improvements at the Irish Town Green park including installation of Granitecrete patio and paths, new concrete bench pads, new split rail fence, new chain link fence fabric replacement, new chain link gate, and minor fence and gate repair. The project is located within the Irish Town Green space at the intersection of Armour Avenue and Airport Boulevard in South San Francisco, CA. A detailed scope of work is included in these bid documents. The Contractor shall be responsible to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, incidentals and services necessary to complete all the work as specified and in accordance with the plans and specifications for the: IRISH TOWN GREEN REHABILITATION PROJECT, Bid No. 2666. At the time of contract award, the successful Bidder must be legally entitled to perform contracts requiring a Class A Contractor's license. Any Bidder or contractor not so licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law including, but not limited to, any appropriate disciplinary action by the Contractors' State License Board.
