Vendor needs to provide safety information system service computer system.   – To establish an open–end service contract to support, maintain, and incrementally modernize the existing Safety Information System.– Vendor will lead the transition toward a web–facing architecture while ensuring continuous operational stability. – The vendor must design and implement a roadmap to migrate legacy Safety Information System functions to modern web–facing frameworks, utilizing the existing legacy system as the backend data engine during the incremental conversion to a more modern architecture.– Must design and implement a roadmap to migrate legacy Safety Information System functions to web facing frameworks.– The Safety Information System also includes an application that collects data from mine operators and contractors via the Internet.– The information is stored on a secure server, located behind the current vendor’s firewall.
