Vendor needs to provide printing services for recycling postcard to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA.• Individual double–sided mailers.• All city residents serviced by environmental services – approximately 110,000.• Four over four process (CMYK) color, two sides 6“x9“ on 100 Lb uncoated recycled cover– electronic art & unformatted articles furnished.• To be printed on 30% post–consumer paper.• Requires typesetting, design and layout for multiple iterations, as well as regular feedback and changes before final proof.• Furnish color proof, before printing.• Must be 6“ x 9“ mailing size.• Must meet all postal regulations for automated bar coding (verify with mail house).
