CONS-22655 - USA (Huntsville, Texas) - Office Construction Services - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide office construction services to the government authority located in Huntsville, TX. – The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to construct a new maintenance office facility and all associated site improvements. – Work generally includes, site clearing, grading, erosion control, utility installation, stormwater management, concrete paving, sidewalks, parking areas, and complete building construction. – Review all drawings and specifications and coordinate work across civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.– Verify all dimensions, site conditions, and existing utilities prior to construction.  – Protect all existing facilities, improvements, and utilities from damage during construction.– Implement erosion control measures during construction to prevent sedimentation and site degradation.– Remove and properly dispose of all roots, trash, and unsuitable materials encountered during excavation.– Remove existing dumpster pad and construct new concrete dumpster pad as specified in the drawings.(2) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 5, 2026.
