Request for Pre-Qualification Documents Title : Job Order Contracting for Structured Cabling and Installation Services The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department, (hereinafter referred to as “OCSD” or “COUNTY”) invites Contractors to submit pre-qualification documents for Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Structured Cabling and Installation Services. All Contractors for the 2025-2026 OCSD JOC projects must be prequalified according to this pre-qualification solicitation prior to submitting a bid. OCSD may use the list of pre-qualified Contractors for a period of one (1) year from the date of the establishment of the Qualified Bidders List.
