(1) Vendor needs to provide artificial intelligence–enabled accounts payable automation solution.– Information from qualified suppliers offering advanced and Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled, Accounts Payable (AP) automation solutions that can substantially reduce manual processing within its current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment, Oracle E–Business Suite R12. – Desired solution should automate the intake, validation, matching, processing, and posting of routine invoices, particularly Purchase Order (PO)–based invoices, with the ability to execute applicable transactions and updates directly in Oracle R12. – To better understand advanced, artificial intelligence–enabled accounts payable automation solutions that integrate with agency on–premises Oracle E–Business Suite R12 environment.– Capabilities that reduce manual processing and support straight–through processing of routine invoices, particularly PO–based invoices– Areas of interest include invoice intake and validation, matching, coding, approvals, Oracle transaction processing, supplier and internal inquiries, statement reconciliation, exception management, reporting, and audit controls.– Information regarding demonstrated Oracle EBS R12 capabilities, implementation requirements, comparable customer experience, expected automation outcomes, and indicative pricing.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
