Lift Maintenance Contracts 2027

Deadline to register for Briefing Session 28 09 2026 Briefing Session 30 09 2026 UC’s lifts provide essential vertical transport and accessibility across its campus and related sites. The assets require regular inspection, preventative maintenance, monitoring and responsive repair to remain safe, fit for purpose and compliant with the Building Act 2004 and applicable specified-system requirements, including SS8/1. Current maintenance is provided mainly by two suppliers, often the original equipment manufacturers. UC is seeking a refreshed, consistent and performance-focused maintenance model that can accommodate one or more providers and a mixed-OEM portfolio. The proposed term is three years plus two discretionary one-year extensions (3 + 1 + 1). Extensions will depend on performance, compliance, value for money and ongoing business need. The Contract is non-exclusive.
