(1) Vendor needs to provide lobbyist services to the government authority located in Camden, NJ.– Attend regularly scheduled meetings of the fund's board of fund commissioners.– Provide advice and consultation to the fund’s, board of fund commissioners and executive director administrator on relevant pending legislation, proposed legislation and their effect on the fund and its mission.– Regularly attend relevant senate and assembly committee meetings, legislative sessions, legislature meetings and public hearings where legislation affecting the fund and its mission is discussed.– Prepare and file the appropriate legal forms required to be filed by lobbyist with the state and any other regulatory body. if a form is required to be filed by the fund, advice the fund of suchrequirement.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
