(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Greeley, CO.– Designing and constructing new secondary clarifier mechanisms, piping, and electrical and instrumentation and controls equipment to replace those currently operating at the wastewater treatment and reclamation facility.– Phase 1 preconstruction services generally consist of input to the design team through valueengineering, constructability reviews, cost estimating, schedule development and management, and risk management planning as well as preparation.– Phase 2 construction services generally encompass completing the project’s construction, startup andcommissioning, and warranty.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 13,2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on July 8,2026.
