Vendor needs to provide recruitment services for the position of electrical engineering manager to the government authority located in Truckee, CA.1. Evaluate compensation:– Review the current compensation.2. Create communication plan:– Develop communication and transparency plan regarding the Electrical Engineering Manager recruitment process.– Administer all correspondence with applicants throughout the process.3. Utilize advertising and marketing:– Work with the district to develop recruitment documents for prospective candidates (position profile, background information, marketing materials, etc.) using staff feedback.4. Develop candidate pool:– Conduct targeted, industry specific sourcing of prospective candidates, engage established networking pipeline, and other best practice search activities to generate a pool consisting of diverse, highly qualified and suitable candidates who meet the district’s selection criteria and position profile.5. Review candidates:– Work with the district to develop a portfolio of qualified applicants for review.– Portfolio should include a discussion of candidate qualifications and skills. Work with the district to review qualified applicants and coordinate interview steps and process.6. Facilitate interview process:– Provide recommendations on the structure of the initial screening interviews, additional interviews (virtual, etc.), and on–site, finalist interviews. For the on–site, finalist interviews provide recommendations on the structure of the interviews.7. Expedite reference and background checks:– Provide background checks on finalists prior to them being announced as finalists and generally assist in the hiring process as requested by staff.
