(1) Vendor needs to provide airport aviation worker screening services to the government authority located in Aurora, CO.      – To identify building system deficiencies, code compliance gaps, and deferred maintenance to establish a prioritized, data–driven multi–year capital renewal and budgeting plan.– Additionally, vendors will conduct a thorough asset inventory and deliver structured, system–neutral data that integrates seamlessly into the district’s enterprise software for long–term maintenance management.– For property condition assessments, however, this standard will not take precedence over specific requirements, such as: having ladders to ceiling tiles, room by room assessments, review of all mechanical equipment, etc.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
