(1) Vendor needs to provide private wireless network services to the government authority located in Burbank, CA.• Sustained camera uplink streaming under load.• Simulated CBRS spectrum access system interference or channel reassignment• Radio Access Network (RAN) radio failure and recovery.• Core node failure and survivability validation.• Mobility testing for roaming security personnel.• Peak traffic simulation during concurrent camera and data usage.• Turnkey – Shall provide professional services required for design, construction, installation, configuration, implementation, optimization, network maintenance, and overall managed services and support for all the system components (physical sites, RAN, core, networking, security, hardware, software and management portals).(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on July 21, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
