(1) Vendor needs to provide physical therapy services to the government authority located in New Mexico.– Screenings and formal evaluations.– Training for teacher/staff, when requested.– Physical therapy evaluations for all students referred for evaluation.– Participation during the initial placement or multidisciplinary committee meeting for students evaluated by the contractor.– Advisement to the special education and classroom teacher in matters regarding continuous assessment, evaluation and implementation of motor therapy programs for individual students and will meet with individual students on a regular basis to provide suggestions for carryover of therapy strategies into home when necessary.
