MRB-57647 - USA (Michigan) - Strategic Partnership Services for Event Electrical Services - Deadline November 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic partnership services for event electrical services.– Provide electrical services with connections and disconnections from floor boxes, access panels, and such other primary power sources as may be required to energize the lighting or other systems. Also needs to provide power for food service concessionaire, audio visual contractor, and other service contractors.– Provide equipment, including electrical transformers, cables, etc. that are kept on site. – Maintain accurate equipment inventory and annual value of each item.– Normal inspection, maintenance, upkeep and repair services throughout the facility.– Provides sufficient electrical labor and materials to satisfy the needs of all events.– Provide customer service desk personnel as needed in specific locations for events as requested by the authority or show management.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 16, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
