(1) Vendor needs to provide corporation accounting and bookkeeping service to the government authority located in Ticonderoga, NY. – Land holding corporation accounting and bookkeeping service. – Provide bookkeeping, accounting, QuickBooks setup, and outsourced controller services.– Establishing and maintaining the land bank’s QuickBooks accounting system, monthly bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, financial recordkeeping, grant and property cost tracking, annual budget assistance, and monthly financial reports for the board of directors.– Provide support for annual public authorities reporting information system reporting, including budget and annual reports, and will prepare financial records and schedules for the land bank’s independent annual audit.(2) The contract period will be for three years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
