(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based learning management system.– Robust learning management system (LMS) designed for the K through 12 environment that includes learner tools and support tools that enable the delivery of online and blended learning.– Offer core features related to course development, student engagement, and integrated video platform capabilities.– Provide advanced administration tools, alongside secure, role–permissioned generative artificial intelligence (AI) features designed to enhance teacher workflows and differentiate student learning.– Ability to create user accounts of different roles and privileges, which may include, but is not limited to, student, teacher, observer, parent, guest, and administrator. – Ability to create course shells and manage the content for the course shells.– Provide a customizable content library that allows ease in sharing content for differentiation of instruction.– Provide text to speech language capabilities.– Courseware that will interoperate with student information systems and other department systems and provide single sign–on capabilities.– Provides traditional and competency and standards–based grade book options.– Modern, intuitive, and consistent interface with minimal number of clicks.– System must seamlessly integrate via standard protocols and native representational state transfer (REST) web APIs with enterprise video conferencing platforms, including Cisco Webex and Google Meet.– LMS mobile app(s) for accessing content and collaboration for students and instructors.– Support for instructors with the ability to use tablets, mobile phones, and any other internet–ready device to upload content and communicate with other collaborators and learners.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
