(1) Vendor needs to provide automated biometric identification systems and field identification device solutions to the government authority located in California.– Current market data related to the latest Automated Biometric Identification Systems and Mobile Fingerprint Capture Solutions.• Core Biometric Systems: The backend architecture, archival storage, and matching engines.• Custodial Operations: System for biometric verification at intake and release verification at detention facilities.• Field Operations: Mobile Fingerprint Capture technologies for patrol officers and field investigations and specialized solutions• Interoperability Infrastructure: middleware and interfaces enabling data exchange between the County’s Integrated Justice System(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
