(1) Vendor needs to provide after–hours janitorial services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.• Cleaning shall be performed using the appropriate cleaner for the surface/finish being cleaned.• All surfaces shall be cleaned before being disinfected.• Disinfecting shall include antiviral disinfectant wiping down of hard surfaces and antiviral disinfectant spraying. All surfaces shall be properly disinfected to prevent the spread of disease while minimizing exposure to harmful chemicals.• Clean plexiglass using clean microfiber cloths and a neutral cleaner appropriate for use on plexiglass.• Clean and disinfect interior and exterior of portable handwashing sinks. Use non–abrasive tools and chemicals for cleaning and disinfecting.• Empty, rinse, clean, and disinfect wastewater holding tanks in janitor closet sink.• Rinse, clean, disinfect, and refill freshwater tanks to capacity in janitor closet sink.• Clean and disinfect areas around bases of toilets and urinals, in corners, along edges, under sinks and receptacles, around partition legs and vanity, and exposed pipes attached to washbasins, urinals, and stools.• Sweep all floors.(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
