(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial maintenance services to the government authority located in Rawlins, WY.– All cleaning will be done between 5:00 P.M. and 5:00 A.M. on weekdays, Monday through Friday With the approval of the Project representative work can be done on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays at the contractor’s convenience.– Strip and Wax: All wax splatters must be removed from all vertical surfaces within five (5) working days.– Wet Mop and Clean with Disinfectant.– Clean with disinfectant.– Wash walls in designated areas.– Fill all dispensers.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.
