Southwestern Community College - Founders Building HVAC

Southwestern Community College is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to furnish/deliver/construct/install a comprehensive HVAC system upgrade and modernization for the Founders Building on the Jackson County campus. This RFP seeks to identify engineering and mechanical solutions that meet safety, indoor air quality, and energy-efficiency performance requirements while allowing flexibility in technology, equipment design, and system delivery. The purpose of this procurement is to design and execute a full HVAC renovation or replacement that will support the climate control and ventilation needs of building occupants.
