At Owner’s direction, Contractor shall collect, handle, provide for possibletemporary storage, and dispose of potential hazardous materials anddangerous waste.b. Provide and pay for the cleanup and mitigation of spills caused by theContractor or its Subcontractors, with no additional cost to the Owner.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
