(1) Vendor needs to provide peer literacy mentor program mentor training curriculum content design services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– Design, create, and deliver a fully developed, ready–to–implement mentor training curriculum for Peer Literacy Mentor Program.– Program rationale and effectiveness; adult learning theories; cognitive rigor framework; structured inquiry practices; trauma–responsive and brain–based learning; early literacy development and stages of second language acquisition; academic facilitation; and alignment with General EducationalDevelopment (GED) expectations.– The Internship and Capstone curriculum shall be designed to be used while incarcerated participants are completing six hundred (600) hours of supervised mentoring.– Which includes: detailed lesson plans with learning objectives; lesson outlines including time allocations; mapped content aligned to specific learning objectives and goals; skills development activities; teacher–led and student–directed learning; instructional exercises; reflection prompts; case studies; scenario analysis; Socratic discussion guides; interactive activities with collaborative learning experiences; subject matter analysis; applied learning projects; skill–based performance tasks; practice facilitation exercises; and observational and peer feedback tools.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
