(1) Vendor needs to provide bond counsel services to the government authority located in Portland, ME.– Providing language for board approval of borrowings, rendering legal opinions of offerings, creating and executing all financing documents, and filing all required tax and reporting forms.– Bond counsel will also be a resource to the finance director for legal questions related to financing, administration of outstanding bonds and notes, to confer on potential offerings and assist in analysing financing options. (2) The contract period will be for five years.   (3) All the questions had been submitted no later than May 19, 2026.
