CLEANING-13173 - USA (Douglasville, Georgia) - Janitorial Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Douglasville, GA.– Work will include, but is not limited to, a day porter, basic cleaning services, floor care maintenance, and bi–annual or annual specialized services.– Services will be required at the several locations; during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Duties of the Day Porter include, but are not limited to, continually maintaining cleanliness of and restocking restrooms, janitorial storage areas with supplies, coffee supplies in break areas, emptying trash, policing trash around building entrances, collecting and removing trash from the building, with special attention to lobby/reception areas. Glass doors, patios, etc., responding to emergency cleanups.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
