Description
The purpose of this Quotation is to retain a qualified Contractor for the Painting of 4th St Commercial Properties (see addresses on scope of work). The contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, paint (including primer), equipment, skills, tools, permitting costs, supervision, services, and traffic control as necessary for proper completion of the exterior pressure cleaning, stucco repair (if any), caulking/sealing of cracks, primer, and repainting of the commercial Buildings along SW 4th Street and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications (Scope of Work).
