(1) Vendor needs to provide teams to promote aging in place service to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – For oversight and cross system management of the local mental hygiene system to meet the needs of individuals and families affected by mental illness, substance use disorder and/or intellectual/ developmental disability in their communities.– Programs will be required to maintain accurate reporting and case records according to Regulation and Program Guidance.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on September 10, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
