(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Elizabethtown, NC.• Empty all trashcans.• Deposit all trash and boxes in dumpster.• Replace trashcan liners.• Dust all ledges, sills and partitions to keep clean and free of dust.• Vacuum and dust all cloth bottom chairs.• Clean grills on heat and air conditioning ducts and air returns.• Spot clean all surfaces including entrance areas and glass partitions.• Clean and shine all chrome fixtures including drinking fountains and molding.• Vacuum all carpeted floors.• Completely sweep, strip, re–wax and buff all tile and linoleum floors.(2) A mandatory site–visit will be held on July 07, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
