The BRA requests responses to Proposal for services to provide fully-insured Medical/Rx, Dental, FSA, HRA and COBRA insurance coverage. BRA’s current Medical and Rx provider is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) with a December 31, 2026 contract end date. BRA’s current Dental provider is BCBSTX, and FSA, HRA and COBRA are all with Flores & Associates. Number of Active Full-Time Employees: 277 Number of COBRA: 2 Eligibility of New Hires: 1st of month following 60 days from date of hire. Medical Geo Access General: 2 in 10 mile radius Specialist: 2 in 10 mile radius Hospital: 1 in 10 mile radius Dental Geo Access General: 2 in 10 mile radius Specialist: 2 in 10 mile radius The BRA is requesting that Proposers submit pricing based on the current deductible and aggregate limits. All coverages are to be quoted NET of Commissions. New coverage effective date will be January 1, 2027.
