(1) Vendor needs to provide street banner installation and replacement service. • Provide street banner installation and replacement services at designated locations.• The project includes installing new banner brackets and banners on 14 designated poles along as well as removing and replacing existing banners on 18 designated poles along between trail and avenue.• Provide and maintain all traffic control required to complete the work safely.• Remove two existing banners from each of 18 designated poles, for a total of 36 banners.• Return all 36 removed banners to designated City staff in the condition in which they were removed.• Install two new City–provided banners on the existing brackets at each of the 18 poles, for a total of 36 banners.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
