(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster response and recovery services to the government authority located in Carson, NV. – Provide disaster response and recovery services on an as needed pre–positioned contract basis.– Support delivery of individual assistance programs following disaster declarations, including coordination with FEMA, voluntary agencies, and case management services.– Provide technical assistance and support for FEMA Public Assistance program implementation, including project development, cost estimation, and grant administration– Conduct comprehensive damage assessments following disasters to support decision–making for resource allocation, emergency declarations, and assistance program eligibility.– Provide interim housing solutions for disaster survivors when primary residences are uninhabitable, including manufactured housing, travel trailers, and alternative housing resources.– Conduct disaster debris removal operations from public rights–of–way and public property, including vegetative debris, construction and demolition debris, hazardous materials, and vehicle/vessel removal.– Provide disaster case management services to help survivors navigate recovery resources, develop recovery plans, and achieve pre–disaster functioning.– Establish and operate Multi–Agency Resource Centers (MARCs) or Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) where survivors can access information, assistance, and services from multiple agencies and organizations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
